ConvoAssist™ can reach sound levels up to 110 dB. For safe listening, always begin at a low volume and increase gradually. Prolonged exposure to high sound levels may cause hearing damage.

Yes. ConvoAssist™ pairs automatically and delivers low-latency audio in real time. Before first use, please remove the protective blue stickers located on the charging contacts behind the microphones and receiver to ensure proper charging and pairing. Once removed and fully charged, the system operates immediately.
